The Dhaara Edit — Returns & Exchanges

Every saree in The Dhaara Edit is a handcrafted, often one-of-a-kind piece, selected individually for its weave, color, and character. Because each is unique and curated in limited quantity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

A note on color and texture: Our sarees are handwoven and hand-finished using traditional techniques. Slight irregularities in weave, zari, and dye are inherent to handloom craftsmanship — they are marks of authenticity, not defects. Additionally, colors may appear differently on your screen than in person, owing to variations in lighting, photography, and individual display settings. The piece you receive may vary subtly from the images shown. We photograph each saree as faithfully as possible, but minor differences are a natural part of buying handmade textiles.

Damaged or incorrect items: While all sales are final, we stand behind what we send. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photographs, and we will make it right.
